Barrow sheriff investigating shooting at Bethlehem Publix

The Barrow County Sheriff's Office said it was investigating a shooting at Publix in Bethlehem.

Someone on the Nextdoor app reported seeing a white car surrounded with crime scene tape

In the supermarket's parking lot.

The BCSO posted this on its website shortly after midnight Saturday morning:.

"Deputies are on scene at 916 Loganville Hwy in response to a person that has been shot in the parking lot. Our office has a suspect in custody at this time."
