This Saturday, Dec. 2 marks the beginning of the Walk into Wellness - Mindfulness Series.
The holiday season can be full of stressors, and walking is a great way to remove yourself from the situation and give yourself time to examine and process the emotions that come with it.
The program is free of charge, open to all ages, and takes place at 10:00 a.m. at Sandy Creek Nature Center. Additional sessions will take place December 9 and December 16. The walk is only an hour and suitable for all fitness levels. Please register online.
