An Athens man was arrested this week for an alleged rape that was reported two months ago.
Quintin Orlando Hall. 29, of East Broad Street allegedly committed the rape on Dec. 24, 2022.
According to police, the victim filed the allegation at police headquarters the day after the purported sexual assault.
The location of the incident listed in the arrest report was Hall’s home on East Broad Street.
Hall was arrested on Wednesday and he was being detained without bail at the county jail.
