There are 2 species of Wild Turkeys living in the world today: the North American Wild Turkey and the Ocellated Turkey, which lives in Central America.

The North American Wild Turkey has five distinct subspecies and exhibits several color morphs beyond the “standard” chestnut brown, including smoke, red, black, and white.
