Arrest made in eastside murder case
By Joe Johnson
An Athens man was arrested Sunday night and charged for a murder that occurred earlier in the day.
Kendrick Faust, 24, was charged with malice murder for the shooting death of 33-year-old Tre Foster at the Clarke Gardens apartment complex.
The men had apparently been fighting when it escalated.
The victim got out of prison just a month ago.
