Former Athens crime analyst arrested for misusing Flock cameras to spy on ex-wife
By Joe Johnson Nicholas James Barker, 33, of Jefferson, has been criminally charged for the alleged misuse of the county’s Flock surveillance camera system to spy on his ex-wife. According to the Athens-Clarke County Police Department he improperly used the Flock automated license plate reader system to search for his ex-wife’s vehicle’s tag numerous times over the course of several months last year.
