Men arrested for separate sex-related incidents

Athens police this month arrested two men who exposed themselves to women and masturbated in front of them.
The first incident happened on the morning of May 3rd at a mental health clinic on Mitchell Bridge Road where 36-year-old Kierre Shamar Ramsey masturbated in front of a woman at the reception deck. After the police were called to the scene it was learned that he had done the same thing to a nurse there and also made sexual comments to her.
Ramsey was arrested for misdemeanor public indecency and taken to jail.
Two days later, on the morning of May 5th, police responded to Walmart on Lexington Road on a report that 44-year-old Dantonio Demetri Pittard was masturbating in the women’s restroom,
A female employee told police that Pittard approached her while fondling himself and told her that she was pretty,
An officer reported that the man was still masturbating when she entered the restroom to investigate.
Pittard was arrested and charged with felony public indecency because, police said, he had three previous convictions for the same offense.
