Man arrested after fighting and biting bar employees

Ethan Diego Miller, 22, of Gainesville, was arrested late in the evening of‘August 30th after he fought with employees of Duke’s & Dottie’s on East Broad Street.

A police officer reported being on patrol at around 11:30 p.m. when he saw Miller being kicked out of the country nightclub,

One of the employees had teeth marks on his arm where Miller had bitten him, and it was learned that he fought and kicked at bar staff when resisting their efforts to eject him from the establishment.

Miller was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct and was released from jail the following morning upon posting bail in the amount of $2,500,
