Congratulations, America

It’s a great day in America when the people speak in one voice. The buildup to the 2026 midterms has been an excruciating waterfall of rhetoric and angst, but it is now settled.

The power of democracy has prevailed through the power of its most precious ritual—the opportunity of its citizens to choose their own tomorrows. It has been proven once again that America’s destiny still resides with “we the people.”

I believe our Founding Fathers would be very proud of their creation. They believed strongly in the power of dissent. In fact, they considered dissent a duty.

Congratulations, America, you have done your duty, and in a most spectacular way.
