‘Good citizen’ arrested for having sex in public

Isaac Wayne Young was arrested early the morning of July 10th when police found him having sex in an Atlanta Highway parking lot.

Officers were conducting a welfare check on a man who reportedly was slumped over the steering wheel of a car in the lot near Groome Transportation when they found Young and a woman “engaging in sexual acts “ in the back seat.

After waking up the driver, officers tried identifying all occupants of the car, but Young would only identify himself as “good citizen,” and he fought with the officers as they were arresting him on suspicion of public indecency.

Young, 37, was not charged with indecency, however, and was booked into the county jail on an obstruction charge.

He was released later in the afternoon upon after posting bail.
