He allegedly put gun to girlfriend’s head, accusing her of cheating

Justin Alan Kraps was arrested in the morning of September 11th after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend when accusing her of cheating on him,

According to a police report, the incident happened in the couple’s home on Venita Drive,

The 32-year-old victim told police that Kraps had been abusive throughout their relationship that spanned 11 years and produced three children.

In the recent incident, she ttold police, Kraps backhanded her in the face and chambered a round in his pistol and pointed it at her head.

“Kraps stated that she would kill her, bury her body and help the police find her body because she is no bigger than the average deer,” according to the police report.

Kraps was arrested and charged under the Georgia Family Violence Act with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple battery, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

He was denied bail at an October 1st hearing before Superior Court Judge Eric Norris.
