A motive for the fatal shooting remained under investigation, according to acting police Public Information Assistant Kenneth Brooks.

Baughns, who remained at large Tuesday afternoon, should be considered to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached, according to police.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to Baughns’ arrest.

Police asked that anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Baughns should call 911.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Detective Scott Black at (762) 400-7058 or scott.black@accgov.com.
