Science fact of the day: Gray catbirds can make two sounds at once

Gray Catbirds are able to produce 2 different sounds simultaneously.

This is because they have the unique ability to use each side of their syrinx (vocal organ) independently.

They can also produce sounds from just one side at a time or alternate between using the right and left sides.
