Statham woman found shot to death in South Carolina

An investigation continues after a woman's body was found in upstate South Carolina over the weekend.
The Greenville County Coroner's Office reported on its Facebook page that it responded to a wooded area near Howe and Haynie Streets Sunday after a woman's body was found.
The office identified the woman as 25-year-old Isis Tatijana Bryant of Statham, Georgia.
Bryant died from a gunshot wound to the head and her death is being investigated as a homicide, the coroner's office said.
