Anarcho-tyranny:
concept describing a system where the state fails to enforce laws against serious crimes or societal disorder (anarchy), while simultaneously imposing excessive control or punishment on minor infractions or law-abiding citizens (tyranny). It suggests a paradoxical governance style that combines neglect of major threats with oppressive overreach on trivial matters, often attributed to political agendas or bureaucratic dysfunction
Juveniles after midnight. Roaming the streets. Lazy-low IQ parents. The villagers are lazy too.
Downtown Athens has multiple/many surveillance cameras. Hopefully this will be solved.
If the shooters are juveniles, we will never know the names.
