Winder man arrested for human trafficking

The Gwinnett County Police Department has issued the following:
(Duluth, Ga., Feb. 25, 2026) – Gwinnett County Police investigators make a human trafficking arrest after following up on a previous robbery arrest.
On January 20, officers responded to a robbery call at 2000 Satellite Pointe. in Duluth. When officers arrived, they met with Changze Li (28, Buford) who let them into the apartment saying there was a burglary or robbery in progress. Â When officers entered the apartment, they heard glass breaking and a male suddenly appeared from a room bleeding from the hand. Â Officers gave commands and tased the male when he did not comply and threw his phone at the officers.
Dominique Gray (40, Winder) was charged with Reckless Conduct, Pandering, Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, False Imprisonment and Kidnapping. Â Changze Li was charged with Pimping and Keeping a Place of Prostitution. Â
On February 9, VICE investigators located a listing online that they believed to be prostitution and the phone number matched the known phone number for Li. Â Vice communicated with that number to solicit a person for commercial sex services. They set up an undercover sting to meet a female for those services at an apartment in unincorporated Duluth. Â
Changze Li was hiding in a room in the apartment when the arrest was made. Â He was charged Keeping a Place of Prostitution, Pimping, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Human Trafficking. Li is currently in the Gwinnett County jail without bond.
