Athens Academy will host parent Angela King and former DEA Agent Armando Roche for an important presentation on “Fentanyl Dangers & Awareness” on Monday, October 28, at 12:00 p.m. in the Bertelsmann Presentation Hall on the Athens Academy campus. Everyone in the community is welcome to attend this event.
Angela King lost her son, UGA student Jack O'Kelley, to a fentanyl poisoning less than a year ago. She and Agent Roche will talk about the danger of fentanyl, the importance of access to Narcan, and what parents can do to educate themselves and their children. Everyone is welcome to attend this event, so please share with friends and neighbors. We hope you will join us for this important presentation.
