Athens bridge closed for repairs

Released today by Athens-Clarke County:

ACC announces the temporary closure of the East Campus Connector Bridge.  The work is expected to take 6-8 weeks to complete this needed maintenance. 

The Greenway will still be open from Oak/Oconee Street to the North Oconee River and along the river north to south. 

The East Campus Connector Bridge is a 235-foot bridge spanning the Oconee River and connects the Greenway Trail System and the University of Georgia campus.
