A teen who was shot Thursday afternoon at the Bethel Midtown Village apartment complex later died at the hospital, Athens-Clarke County police said.
Two suspects were subsequently arrested and charged with murder, according to police Public Information Officer Lt. Shaun Barnett.
The victim was identified by police as 19-year-old Ketorian Cooper of Athens.
One of the suspects, 21-year-old David Devon Richard, was booked into the county jail at 12:12 a.m. Friday. He was listed as having an address at the complex where the shooting occurred.
The other suspect is 15-year-old Quatravis Hull of Athens, who Barnett said was charged as an adult with murder.
Barnett indicated additional details could be released after he meets with detectives later today.
