Dalton Carpet One’s 12 Days of Holiday Giveaways

As a proud member of the Athens and Lake Oconee business communities, Dalton Carpet One Floor & Home has teamed up with almost a dozen loca businesses to spread a little holiday cheer with 12 Days of Giveaways. The giveaways will kick off on December 1, 2023, and no purchase is necessary to win. Instead, contestants are asked to follow Dalton Carpet One on Instagram. During the 12 Days of Giveaways, when locals see a product or service being posted they’d like to win being featured on Dalton Carpet One’s Instagram page, they must follow the featured business, like the post and tag their friends or family. To gain extra entries, they can share the post on their own Instagram story. Winners will be selected at random and announced December 15. Total prize value for the 12 Days of Holiday Giveaways is $2,000.

“Once the 12 Days of Giveaways has come to an end, Dalton Carpet One and all the featured businesses will be promoting a 13th day to give back,” said Kristin Sailors, Director of Marketing & PR of Dalton Carpet One. “We will showcase two local charities on our Instagram pages, asking our followers to make a donation to either The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia or The Greene County Food Pantry to support their efforts and put food on the tables of families in need. We not only want to support our local business communities and neighbors, but we also want to help families within our respective communities who may be struggling have a happy holiday season.”

Sailors makes clear that anyone who wishes to donate to either charity on, before or after the 13th day can do so online at each food pantry’s respective website. Not solely limited to giving back during the holidays, Dalton Carpet One is proud of its history of community involvement that includes Habitat for Humanity, Extra Special People, Tunnels to Towers Foundation, Toys for Tots and Project Safe. It also plays host to annual Teacher Appreciation events.
