Judge H. Patrick Haggard denied bail for Williamson at an August 21 hearing, on the basis that he was a flight risk and would pose a threat to the victim and others if released.

The judge granted bail in the amount of $50,000 to Digh, on condition he reside with his father in Conyers and have no further contact with Williamson or the victim.

Arraignments for both defendants have been scheduled for December 3.
