An Athens man was arrested Sunday night and charged for a murder that occurred earlier in the day at an eastside apartment complex..
Kendrick Faust, 24, was charged with malice murder for the shooting death of 33-year-old Tre Foster on Thumpa Avenue in Clarke Gardens.
The men had apparently been fighting when it escalated into the shooting.
Foster had just gotten out of prison last month.
