Middle school teacher charged with obscene contact with child

Christopher Robert Flick, 38, of Hunnicut Drive, was arrested November 2nd on a charge of obscene internet contact with a child.

He is a 6th grade teacher at Madison County Middle School, where his current employment status is unclear.

The arrest stems from an investigation regarding Flick’s online activity with a minor in Dale County, Alabama.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Flick once worked as a special needs educator at Oglethorpe Elementary School in Athens.

He is detained without bail at the Clarke County Jail.
