Police seeking Athens girl who’s been missing for a week

The Athens-Clarke County Police Department on Thursday issued an alert for a 16- year-old girl who was as reported to be missing.

"Happy" William last seen on May 23 as she was leaving home for school, according to police.

Anyone who knows her whereabouts should call 911.
