To debate or not to debate

Donald Trump seems afraid to debate Kamala Harris. 

His “any time, any place” bravado has slipped into a petulant refusal to meet her on stage and say to her face what he says behind her back at his rallies.

If he fails to step up and meet her on that ABC stage on September 10, he is simply telling the entire U.S. that he fears he can’t win a debate against a savvy prosecutor.  Or is it because he’s afraid to be put down by a Black woman? 

Come on, Mr. Former President, Democrats and Republicans alike want to see you lay your policy plans on the line against hers.  You should feel pretty good about the odds; after all, she’s just a childless cat woman.
