UGA student injured on Athens greenway

A University of Georgia was recently injured while riding an e-bike on the North Oconee River Greenway.

The 22-year-old told police that he was reaching for his hat when he lost control and crashed.

He was transported to the hospital for treatment of a broken wrist and road rash across his arms and legs, according to police.
