2 questions:
!) Who is responsible when someone is hurt on the Firefly Trail ? When going thru private property ?
2) Who is responsible for upkeep ?
From the ABH article, Georgia Hi-Lo Trail,Inc, which will connect to Firefly Trail they stated "“We see how trails promote community prosperity and wellness – from spurring economic development". Haven't seen ANY business growth/economic development from the Firefly Trail. Don't get me wrong , the trail is great for walking, just don't see or believe that part. Any events on the Firefly Trail, the riders come in, ride, then leave.
