A 30-year-old woman was pushed out of a moving car on the Athens Perimeter during an argument with her brother early Sunday morning.
Steve Delaney Childs, 36, of Vineyard Drive was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and battery.
Police said they learned of the incident at about 4 a.m. when the victim called 911 call from the side of the highway.

Childs claimed that he had stopped the car and told his sister to get out.
He is being held in pretrial detention without bail.
