Jayden Antwon Cole, 18, of Comer, was arrested Tuesday afternoon for an incident involving violence while he was employed at the county jail.

Details were not immediately available, but he was booked into the jail on charges of kidnapping, battery, false imprisonment, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The Clarke County Sheriff’s Office identified Cole as a probationary detention officer who was immediately fired upon his arrest.

He is being held without bail.
