Will Crawford Dean, 68, of Westchester Drive, was sentenced to prison this week after pleading guilty to trafficking cocaine.
He had been arrested in April 2025 during an investigation by the Northeast Georgia Regional Drug Task Force In which a search of his home yielded in excess of 227 grams of prepackaged powder and crack cocaine, oxycodone, and 74 grams of marijuana in designer packaging, according to court records.
Dean was subsequently indicted by a grand jury for trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to distribute oxycodone, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
On Monday he entered into an agreement with prosecutors in which he pleaded guilty to the trafficking charge and the other charges were dismissed.
Dean was then sentenced to five years in prison and 15 years of probation and also fined $200,000.
