Christopher Elliott, 36yo black male, bald, schizophrenic, weighing approximately 150 lbs with tattoos on forearms (wings, CASH LIFE) wearing white tank and black shorts. He was last seen at 2021 Archer Grove School Road on foot around 8:13 pm.
