FBI street gang task force rounding up gang members in the Athens area

The following was released today by the Frderal Bureau of Investigation:

This morning, FBI Atlanta and our partners with the Safe Streets Gang Task Force are out executing arrests of gang members throughout metro Atlanta and Athens, GA, as part of Operation Summer Heat. This is a part of our ongoing effort to restore safety in our communities and crush violent crime by dismantling gangs.
