The judge presiding over the Laken Riley murder trial has found defendant Jose Antonio Ibarra guilty of all 10 counts of his indictment.
Western Judicial Circuit Judge H. Patrick Haggard declared Ibarra to be guilty of malice murder, felony murder, kidnapping, aggravated assault with intent to commit rape, aggravated battery, and interference with a 911 emergency call, and peeping Tom.
The judge adjourned his court until 12:30 p.m., at which time he will pass sentence.
