Probation officer found dead in his Athens apartment

A county probation officer was found dead in his Athens apartment last week.

The body of the 43-year-old Athens-Clarke County senior probation officer Brandon Andrew’s was discovered on the afternoon of October 29th by a woman whom he has a child, who went to his home to check on him.

“His death is being ruled as health-related,” said police spokesperson Lt. Katie Jenkins.
