Science fact of the day: Great hammerheads are the largest of their kind

Great Hammerheads (Sphyrna mokarran) are the largest of all hammerhead sharks.

They are known to regularly target even larger prey and can eat successful catches that are up to 25% of their own body size!

Great Hammerheads are critically endangered.
