Trio of Athens teens indicted for armed robbery of phone

Three teenagers were indicted this week for an armed robbery earlier this month in the Athens Gardens apartment complex.

They robbed a 23-year-.old man of an iPhone 17 valued at $1,200 early in the morning of June 2nd and tried running from police officers when they arrived to investigate,

Quintez Damenterll Dunn,15, Jaden Coderious Howard, 17, and Jykece Jamarion Pressley, 18, were each charged with armed robbery an obstruction of law enforcement, according to the indictment filed in Superior Court on Tuesday,

Dunn was additionally charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and underage possession of a handgun.

He is being held at a Regional Youth Detention Center and the older teens are held without bail at the county jail.

Their arrangements are scheduled for August 10th,
