Two injured In truck collision on Athens highway

This was the scene at US Highway 29 N. and Hull Road Tuesdays evening.

A vehicle ran through the intersection and struck the fuel tank on this tractor trailer. Two victims were transported to the hospital with minor injuries and traffic flow had to be diverted for some time.

Engine 29, Rescue 1, HazMat 1, and Car 31 responded.
