Woman reports uncomfortable experience with “channeling” massage therapist

A 48-year-old woman from Winterville has filed a report with police concerning an uncomfortable experience she had at a massage therapist on South Milledge Avenue.

She said that while on a table with a towel draped over her body, the masseur claimed to be “channeling a guide” which she described as a “nonhuman entity that was speaking through him.”

She further reported that while the man “was in this possessed state (he) spoke to her about personal traumatic experiences that only she would know, making her feel very vulnerable and causing her to cry.”

The masseur reportedly touched the woman’s “uterus externally,” an area she described as between her navel and pubic region,

Although police said the touching the woman described was not on what was considered an intimate body part, she wanted to file a report to have the incident documented.
