Athens-Clarke County police Thursday morning announced a woman who went missing over the weekend had been found unharmed.
Linda Christine Tryon, 42, had come with her boyfriend to Athens from out of town to see the Missouri-UGA football game, according to police.
She reportedly left the game early and was last seen Saturday in the downtown area.
She was reported missing four days later and police issued a look-out seeking the public's help in finding the woman.
"Earlier today, ACCPD located Linda Christine Tryon. She was found unharmed. The ACCPD appreciates the support of the community in locating Tryon," police said in a statement released at 11:24 a.m..
