Homeless woman arrested for prowling at home of UGA students — again

By Joe Johnson

Brittani Ann Clark was arrested early in the evening of September 3rd after she rummaged around the porch of a home on Fourth Street that’s shared by University of Georgia students.

She stole a house key that she found hidden under a flower pot.

A police officer immediately recognized Clark when shown doorbell camera footage and he arrested her at the Bigger Vision homeless shelter nit too far away on North Avenue.

It was the second time in three months that the 33-year-old homeless woman was arrested for breaking the law at UGA student’s home and it was at least her third arrest overall this year.

In June Clark was arrester for entering a student’s home on Barnett Shoals Road and stealing food.

She was arrested again in February for public indecency when found walking around without pants in the area of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, Parkway.

She was released on $10 cash bail with an arraignment date of November 12th.
