Sylvester Antonio Terrell, 36, of Murrell Road, was indicted this week for a pair of domestic violence incidents that happened earlier this month.
He is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated stalking, battery and making terroristic threats, according to the indictment filed Tuesday in Superior Court.
According to police and court records, Terrell had placed his 35-year-old former girlfriend under surveillance in violation of bond conditions from a previous arrest, and a week later he allegedly threatened to kill the victim while strangling her.
He is being held at the county jail pending a November 6th hearing, and his arraignment is scheduled for December 2nd.
