Hice does not represent Christian values

Representative Jody Hice has forgotten the oath he swore to uphold the Constitution of the United States. He was handedly re-elected to his seat in November, was proud to sign on in December to the hapless Texas attempt to get the Supreme Court to invalidate the presidential election, and now we learn he plans to join other Republicans on January 6 in another attempt to thwart the will of the people. He’s a sycophant, a lickspiddle; a willing member of a goon squad beholden to and plainly scared of a President who is behaving like a crazed and cornered mob boss. Hice says he’s a Christian, yet he behaves in a most un-Christian way as he flouts his Constitutional oath. He has clearly chosen an individual as his personal Lord and Savior.

What drives the man to be the only member of the Georgia delegation to vote against the military spending bill, and against December’s COVID relief bill? He clearly fears Trump’s wrath more than he fears the wrath of God. When called on to override the President’s veto of the military bill, he was AWOL, claiming he couldn’t get to D.C. to vote, but he said he would’ve voted against the override had he been there, and that he still was against the COVID relief increase from $600 to $2,000 per person. President Trump knows $600 isn’t enough to save Americans who are sliding over a cliff, but Representative Hice as unmoved. He doesn’t represent true Christian values. There apparently isn’t a Samaritan gene in his body.
