Rick Stanziale enters race for Athens-Clarke County Commission

As the race for the next mayor of Athens-Clarke County heats up, the District 5 Commission seat is now open, drawing in new candidates eager to make their mark. Among them is Rick Stanziale, a distinctive figure known for his roles as a skateboarder, musician, and real estate developer. Stanziale is campaigning with a focus on addressing what he describes as the “affordability crisis” in Athens.
