A single-vehicle crash on GA 82 in Barrow County claimed the life of a woman from Winder.
The Georgia State Patrol said a Lexus LS400 driven by Jasmine Nicole Hulgan, 20, was traveling west on GA 82 Thursday afternoon when it went off the roadway, struck a utility pole and overturned.
Hugan was pronounced dead at the scene., according to the GSP.
