Laceddrick Anttavious Roach, 17, of Westchester Circle has been sentenced to probation for a gun incident that had the victim fearing in for his life.

The incident happened on Westchester Circle in October, when police say Roach was among a group of youths that chased 20-year old John Carruth while pointing handguns at him.

The victim told police that Roach had sent messages about money he supposedly owed.

“Roach pointed a black in color handgun at Carruth while chasing him, placing Carruth in fear for his life,”

the arrest warrant stated.

When police searched Roach’s home they found in the attic a backpack containing three pistols, two of which had been reported stolen. They found elsewhere in the home a metal sight, magazine and ammunition for an AR-style rifle.

Roach was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, underage possession of a pistol, terroristic threats and acts, and theft by receiving stolen property.

The district attorney’s office on Thursday filed an accusation in Superior Court that charged Roach only with terroristic threats and acts,

The teen pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor offense and was sentenced to 12 months of probation.

I said DEI is unlawful. It is. And being able to escape to white only spaces and places is a privilege. Reading comprehension is not your strength. You must be a CCSD graduate.

And 12 months of misdemeanor probation will sure teach this young man a lesson!

But at least it gives him an opportunity to complete his studies at high school because I know he's well on his way to making the honor roll and possibly be valedictorian
