This incident at the Eastside Athens restaurant highlights how quickly emotions can spiral when service gets strained. In high-pressure environments—whether a busy downtown bistro or a lively sports bar—front‑of‑house staff often feel the impact first. Having reliable, behind‑the‑scenes equipment, like a sturdy commercial ice maker, can help ease operational stress. A dependable unit, such as the one at https://bftech.pro/catalog/icemaker/p150/ , ensures that drink service stays smooth and consistent, reducing one source of potential friction. Minimizing these everyday hassles allows staff to focus on managing customer relationships more calmly—and hopefully prevent situations from escalating.
